CARLOS BAZBAZ

President, Certified Graduate Builder

With nearly a decade of construction experience including commercial, residential and renovation, Carlos Bazbaz is a respected general contractor who is known for his focus on quality construction. Throughout his career, Carlos has managed numerous multi-million dollar construction projects in the Greater Houston area. He has solid, practical experience in business development, project management, estimating, value engineering, relationship management, quality assurance, and staffing.

Carlos started his real estate career in 2000 with Trammell Crow Residential where he was responsible for the development and construction of multifamily projects throughout Houston. In 2002, Carlos became an entrepreneur when he launched his own development/construction company, Lanterra, LLC – a construction company that specializes in general contracting with a focus on commercial interiors.

In addition to growing his successful business, Carlos is an active industry leader. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Greater Houston Builders Association, and National Association of Home Builders. Carlos received his Certified Graduate Builder designation in 2005 from the NAHB’s University of Housing program.

VOLKAN IRGIT

Development / Production Manager

Volkan Irgit is an integral part of the Lanterra team. He is responsible for the development and management of Lanterra’s projects. From concept to construction, he takes a hands-on approach in maintaining communication with engineers; architects and contractors to ensure all goals are met. Volkan is a detail-oriented individual that focuses on innovative practices to find and pass along cost savings to clients without sacrificing quality.

Volkan began his career in real estate and construction working for a well-respected residential Houston-based developer. His time there prompted his passion for developing.

In his role as Development/ Production Manager for Lanterra, he has overseen the construction of over 50 single-family homes, five residential remodeling projects and is currently overseeing Lanterra’s commercial projects.

Volkan grew up in Ankara, Turkey and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of North Texas.

DANIEL QUIROGA

Superintendent

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Daniel Quiroga brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to each and every Lanterra build. His responsibilities include coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes constructing the highest quality build possible and supervising all trade and field personnel while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

Daniel’s specialties include construction site management, land development, new construction homes, commercial build outs, and remodel construction.
