HOUSTON, TEXAS (July 14, 2009) – Houston-based Lanterra, LLC is no stranger to the construction business. Since its inception, Lanterra has developed gated residential communities in the Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston, and Spring Branch. Combined, these new developments included the construction of 83 single-family homes. Capitalizing on the success of these projects, Lanterra is expanding the organization’s focus to include commercial projects.
